IT'SS Not Only What You Know...Referral BonusPlan*
Employee Plan
Eligible Employees All non-management personnel are eligible ifthey fall into any of the following categories (see exceptions below):
Full TimeSalaried employee
Part Timeemployee
W-2Hourly employee
Exceptions: Any employee whosejob includes the recruitment of staff (they will have a separate plan). Independentcontractors (1099) are not eligible for the employee referral plan.
Contract Referral
For each newindividual that an eligible employee refers, the individual will receive $2 for eachhour that the referred employee has billed through ITSS. Bonus will be payable upon collection ofthe money by ITSS. This will continue for as long as the referredconsultant is billing through ITSS and the referring employee is billing with ITSS.
Permanent Placement Referral
Any newlyreferred candidate that ITSS places in a permanent / full-time positionwith an ITSS client will result in a $500 referral bonus.This bonus will be paid when payment of fee is received from ITSS client.
Non-EmployeePlan
Contract Referral
A referralbonus of $1.00 for each hour billed will be paid every 4 weeks to the referringindividual for a newly referred candidate. This bonus will continue to a maximum total of$1000.
Independentcontractors (1099) are eligible for the Non-employee plan.
*Staffing / Consulting firms arenot eligible in this plan.
